Key Activities and Position Responsibilities Develop quality procedures according to customer requirements and process specifications. Develop and maintain sampling plans using recognized statistical methods. Determine measurable quality improvement plans. Prepare reports and make recommendations by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data. Monitor, test, and inspect products to meet specified standards.
