What You Will Do: As the Engineering Manager, you are responsible for effectively managing the engineering of Plating and Anodizing projects while building relationships with external and internal customers. How You Will Do It: Oversee complete system layout and design on projects. Apply proper economic and technical judgment to maximize system output without sacrificing performance. Use standard design guides, vendor partnerships, and technical judgments based on previous experience to provide accurate estimates to customers as quickly as possible.
