Position Summary The Engineering Manager will be directly responsible to lead and manage the compliance to technical requirements throughout the operation and ensure all company products meet customer specifications and demands. Responsibility will also include product design, bill of material, standard work development, support of new and existing technologies, accuracy, and on-time delivery by the engineering team. It will also include leading, coaching and guiding the engineering team and support Lean Manufacturing Processes in our Chanute, KS location.
