The CNC Manufacturing Engineer - Programming will develop robust processes for CNC and non-CNC machining centers. This position partners closely with other functional areas to drive process improvements, ensure components are manufacturable, and offer technical expertise to the production shop floor, functioning as a technical authority for high-precision CNC machining, supporting customer quoting, process design, and manufacturing optimization. Manufacturing support by way of technical dispositions, process documentation, and manufacturing controls are also required. Responsibilities Meet production requirements consistent with the business plan, engineering requirements and quality standards. Manufacturing Engineering efforts on new and existing product lines. Training and development needs for the workforce. Lean initiatives Support to all areas of the organization (Design, Manufacturing, Materials, Planning, Quality) in production of company products.
