GENERAL DESCRIPTION Engineering Analyst Under direct supervision of a licensed Professional Engineer, performs entry-level engineering work in the design, investigation, and construction of water and wastewater utility projects. Applies basic engineering knowledge to solve problems and supports project development. Professional Engineer I: Under direction, performs professional engineering work in the design, investigation, construction, and operations of water and wastewater utility projects. Independently prepares plans, specifications, and reports, and coordinates with consultants, developers, and contractors. Professional Engineer II: Under direction, performs advanced professional engineering work in the planning, design, construction, and management of water and wastewater utility projects.
