Primary Objective The Process Engineer will design, optimize, and manage OCI's processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety in manufacturing operations. Essential Functions Design, develop, and optimize processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness Create process flow diagrams (PFDs) and process and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) Implement process control strategies to maintain optimal operating conditions Maintain heat and material balances for analysis of the existing processes to identify areas for improvement Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues to minimize production downtime Monitor and analyze process data to identify trends and propose solutions Provide technical support and guidance to production teams Submit reports to plant management to contribute to the continual evaluation of operational efficiency and costs Train and/or inform employees of new work methods or procedures, changes in safety regulations,...
