The Senior Design Engineer will lead the product development team of engineers and designers to work on new product developments and product improvement initiatives. The Senior Mechanical Engineer will be recognized as the subject matter expert, typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. The Senior Design Engineer will be required to manage large projects or processes with limited oversight. Responsibilities include one or more of the following: Translate customer requirements into design documents and contributes to design decisions Develop and implement new processes and standards Design new parts or assemblies for use in new or current product.
