This position will entail work on a variety of electric power projects including substations, transmission lines, wind and solar generation plants, and battery storage facilities. Essential Functions of Position: Perform structural design calculations and analyses of existing and new steel structures and concrete foundations using IBC, ASCE 7, AISC, and ACI codes along with industry design guides. This position will entail work on a variety of electric power delivery and renewable generation projects including structural steel and foundation design. This individual must be self-motivated and eager to work within a multi-disciplinary team. Ideally the candidate will have experience with steel buildings and masonry structures. Essential Functions of Position: Prepare plans and specifications for structures and foundations in electric substations, transmission lines, BESS plants, and wind/solar generation plants.
