Launch Industrial Engineer What you'll do: Job Description and Responsibilities Designs and plans layout for material-processing/manufacturing operations. Plans sequence of operations and specifies procedures for preparing materials, exercising judgment in resolving conflicts between customer requirements, economic evaluation of methods, and operator effectiveness and comfort. Process Engineer What you'll do: • Develop, analyze, and manage manufacturing processes. • Evaluate and improve on processes in manufacturing systems. • Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs, and changeovers. • Implement process improvements to reduce product lead times and costs. • Work with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems. • Develop innovative solutions and leverage new technologies to enhance production quality and capacity. • Must be competent in the use of SolidWorks CAD.
