JOB SUMMARY SPXFlow is looking for a college co-op student to join our Mixing Industry Continuous Improvement Team. The student will be responsible for helping with improvements to the manufacturing processes as they relate to error and waste reduction and material flow improvements. Tools that will be use will include SAP, A3 Problem Solving, Lean methodologies, MS Office Products, and AutoCAD. The Co-Op can expect to complete 1-2 A3 Projects and several smaller focus improvements. Pay: $25.00HR Co-op term: Fall 2026 PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Able to analyze existing production processes, identify work elements, time them & optimize balance. JOB SUMMARY Working on both projects and bid proposals, the Process Engineer is responsible for the process design of equipment systems, or parts thereof. The Process Engineer is responsible for: Developing a process design which meets the requirements of the proposal or project Ensuring design phase outputs are delivered in line with the time schedule and quality requirements Providing technical support regarding process design aspects throughout project and bid lifecycles Undertaking other technical tasks as required (e.g. site surveys, feasibility studies, support to sales, etc) In general, the Process Engineer will work as part of a team and will collaborate closely with other team members and functional disciplines to ensure successful delivery of the project or bid scope.
