Job Summary: ESSENTIAL DUTIES • Execute duties in an efficient and safe manner • Execute projects related to cost savings • Calculate cost savings potential • Execute projects related to plant capacity improvement • Execute projects related to yield improvement • Review and optimize burner and ventilation systems • Work with in house R&D on new product development • Direct testing at vendor locations • Define equipment and process specifications for new products • Define scope and process flow related to new products • Input and review of engineering design plans • Provide start up assistance to new processes or changes to processes • Conduct annual Coloring Plant audits including improvement recommendations and reporting • Provide support to plants on technical issues and/or questions • Maintenance of Process Flow Diagrams • Perform other duties as assigned Level Based Competencies...
