Job Description: In depth knowledge and continuing education of mass timber code requirements and evolution of standards across multiple jurisdictions. In depth knowledge and continuing education of mass timber supply chain. Ability to independently engage project stakeholders including owner, architect, engineers, etc. while representing Swinerton in the highest regard with the goal of getting specified as an Engineer, Procure, and Construct (EPC) contractor of choice. Coordinate, schedule, and present to the AEC community. National travel as needed to support Swinerton/Timberlab jobsites and AEC events. Travel between Portland, OR, Greenville, SC and Seattle, WA roughly 6 to 8 weeks per year.
