We seek an Electrical Engineering (SME) to elevate our MEP Department's electrical deliverables through expert review, QC, redlining, and mentorship for internal design teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring consistency, rigor, and technical excellence across electrical designs. With offices in Orlando and Chicago, our Orlando office is expanding, and we are seeking a talented Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team. Responsibilities Provide Senor level QC review of Junior engineer's work. Provide building heating/cooling load calculations and select heating/cooling systems for large more complex building designs. Coordinate Exhaust Hood designs and Exhaust/make-up air systems with equipment Venders. Develop Building Sequence of Operations and develop HVAC Control packages. Be able to write and Review Book Specifications. Responsible for permit comments. Must be knowledgeable with IMC, IPC, NFPA and ASHRAE codes. NEC a plus.
