As an Engineering Co-op within the Process, Engineering & Development department at Solvita, students will be responsible for identifying and developing solutions to solve various challenges to optimize safety of our technicians, quality of our grafts, and efficiency of our operations. This role is critical to ensuring we maximize the gifts of tissue donation we are entrusted with and providing life-saving allografts to patients around the world. The Engineering Co-op will: Work alongside both Manufacturing Engineers and Process Improvement Engineers to develop solutions to high priority challenges within operations including but not limited to: tissue recovery & chart evaluation, microbiology testing, clean room operations, post-production operations, quality control, and supply chain operations.
