Responsibilities and Duties: Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports. Recommends design modifications. Responsible for HVAC and Plumbing equipment selection and design Specify system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications, such as design-build projects (HVAC and plumbing) Value engineering assistance on design-assist and plan-spec projects Perform heating and cooling load calculations, heat transfer, fluids analysis, pressure calculations, and equipment selections as related to Design Build and Design Assist projects.
