Job Description: ProtecPac Packaging Engineer Phoenix-Chandler The ProtecPac Packaging Engineer will be responsible for selecting appropriate packaging materials and developing efficient packaging solutions that minimize waste while ensuring product safety during transportation and storage. Additionally, the Packaging Engineer will create pricing, packaging prototypes and samples, conducting tests such as fit tests and drop tests to ensure that the packaging meets customer requirements. In this role, you will collaborate closely with various teams across the company, including Sales, Costing, Production, Customer Service, and other sites or branches in the U.S. and Mexico. You will be responsible for designing packaging solutions from concept through to the production phase, based on input from customers and sales teams.
