General Job Summary Under the supervision of the Chief Operating Officer, the Director of Engineering is fully responsible for overseeing all engineering functions at Mathews Brothers including product development and design, testing and quality assurance, incorporation of Lean methodologies, workflow development and research and development. This role will collaborate closely with key leaders in production, purchasing, supply chain and sales and oversee a team of three to four engineers. The successful Director of Engineering will be a motivated self-starter that will define specific goals that they will hold themselves and their team accountable to achieving.
