Job Summary The Manufacturing Engineer supports daily production in a metal stamping environment by improving manufacturing processes, resolving quality issues, and ensuring consistent product performance. This role works closely with production, tooling, and maintenance teams to troubleshoot problems, reduce scrap, and maintain compliance with customer quality standards. Key Responsibilities Production & Process Support • Support daily stamping operations by troubleshooting tooling and process issues. • Monitor process performance and material flow to ensure stable production. • Work with set up personnel and press operators to optimize setups and improve running efficiency. • Assist with laser programing, die tryouts, new tooling launches, and process validation. • Identify opportunities to improve cycle time, material utilization, and set up time.
