Job Type Internship Description Job Description: Works with the Engineering team and Operations departments to improve efficiency and quality as well as engineering components with some 3D part creation. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the design and development of boat components and systems using CAD software (Solidworks). Support prototype builds, testing, and validation of engineering designs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, design, prototyping, product integration, and lamination. Participate in process improvement initiatives within production and assembly operations. Assist with troubleshooting and resolving engineering issues on the production floor or in prototyping.
