The Position We are seeking a Process Automation Engineer who will support our manufacturing operations by improving automation systems, production processes, mechanical tooling, and equipment reliability. This role works across cobots, PLC controls, SCADA platforms, relay logic, SolidWorks-based fixture design, facility automation, and technical documentation. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who can work with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to troubleshoot issues, improve process consistency, and implement practical automation and mechanical solutions. This role is on-site, 5 days a week. Remote option is not available. We are looking for qualified candidates in the Ennis, TX market. The Position The Acoustical Engineer is responsible for designing transducer, enclosure, and loudspeaker/microphone products from beginning-concept into the final marketplace. They work closely with other company team members such as Project Managers, Industrial Designers, Acoustic Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Process Engineers, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Material Planning all the way through product realization. They provide written specifications for sales and marketing distribution as well as initial instructions and diagrams for customer use. They perform a wide variety of tasks to support the research and development department including regular product troubleshooting, investigation, and manufacturing support with occasional training and mentoring to peers.
