Summary: At Ascent Geomatics Solutions, the Civil Engineer provides civil site design and engineering support for projects across the Oil & Gas and Renewable Energy sectors. This role is responsible for producing and coordinating grading, drainage, and erosion control deliverables that support oil and gas well pads and facilities, midstream infrastructure, and renewable energy developments including solar, wind, and BESS. The Civil Engineer works closely with Project Managers and internal teams to ensure designs are accurate, constructible, and aligned with client requirements, applicable jurisdictional standards, and Ascent's QA/QC expectations. This position is client-facing and contributes to project execution through strong technical ownership, responsive communication, and consistent deliverable quality.
