Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Tooling Design Engineer to join our Engineering team. This role is responsible for providing CAD design, detailing, and documentation support for tooling and production equipment used in manufacturing thermoformed plastic disposable drink lids. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in plastic tooling, equipment design, and 3D CAD, with a focus on driving efficiency and innovation in the production process. Key Responsibilities: Design production forms and matched metal trim tooling for thermoformed plastic lids using 3D CAD software. Support the design and detailing of automation and production equipment, including thermoforming and trimming systems and ancillary components. Maintain accurate documentation, including engineering drawings and Bills of Materials (BOM).
