PRIMARY FUNCTION The Engineering Manager leads the plant's Engineering function while actively contributing to project execution, problem-solving, and floor-level operations. This role drives cost improvements, process optimization, and equipment initiatives while supporting Quality and Maintenance functions. Projects will be primarily in the manufacturing facility but may occur in other areas of the company as needed. REPORTS TO: Plant Manager DIRECT SUPERVISION : Engineer(s), Engineering Intern(s)/Co-Op(s), and Engineering Technician(s) KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: Develop and evaluate manufacturing methods to maximize plant capabilities, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
