POSITION SUMMARY The Design Engineer will be responsible for developing and optimizing product designs to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality manufacturing. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure designs meet performance requirements while also aligning with manufacturing capabilities and production scalability. The Design Engineer will play a key role in evaluating materials, processes, tolerances, and assembly methods to reduce waste, improve product reliability, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
