The Design Engineering Manager is a leader with extensive experience in Furniture Engineering and has deep technical knowledge of the tools of Engineering. Requirements: Proven leadership experience managing technical or engineering teams. Minimum 5 years' hands on experience in hospitality furniture engineering Demonstrated technical expertise with 3D drawing packages (Solid Edge, Solid Works, etc). Ability to train others, both domestically and internationally Demonstrated Technical expertise with Rendering tools and experience mentoring others in rendering software and techniques Demonstrated success in process improvement and change management in Engineering and CAD team environments. Extensive knowledge of furniture casework and seating construction methods.
