The primary purpose of the position is to: Lead and direct all activities relating to Engineering and maintenance for multi-plant facilities managing capital budget for maintaining plant facilities that support increased efficiencies, maximize high quality production systems to achieve full sales potential. Evaluate, design, plan and provide budget estimates to establish Bimbo QSR annual capital project budget. Provides direct leadership to the maintenance organizations in each bakery facility, ensuring the expected results are achieved. Scope: Responsible for two plants both located in Zanesville, Ohio, and bakeries in Denver, CO and Valdosta, GA. Travel Requirements: 50-75%.
