What You'll Be Doing - Lead structural design on commercial, institutional, and multi-family projects nationwide.
- Mentor junior engineers and BIM staff, elevating the team's technical quality and professional growth.
- Oversee project management: timelines, budgets, design phases, and seamless client communication.
- Deliver innovative solutions across a spectrum of materials and structural systems.
- Review and refine design & production standards, ensuring best-in-class documentation and deliverables.
Requirements What You Bring PE License (Colorado required; additional states a plus)
8+ years of structural engineering experience
Experience managing
design + construction phases
Technical expertise in structural systems and materials
Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
Bonus points for fluency in
