• Helps manage coated tool inventory products to ensure gaps are covered.
• Maintain and troubleshoot coating equipment, ensuring it is clean and operational.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Document processes and maintain accurate records of materials used and work performed.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and timelines.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in coating or related field preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in coating or finishing operations.
• Mechanical skills and repair ability.
• Knowledge of various coating materials and application techniques.
• Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a coating environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
• Basic computer skills.
