Electrical Engineer, you'll play a critical role in designing, installing, and maintaining the electrical systems that keep our advanced manufacturing facilities running efficiently and safely. What You'll Do:- Design and implement cutting-edge electrical distribution and control systems for manufacturing equipment.
- Collaborate across divisions to support engineering and controls initiatives that drive company-wide success.
- Ensure all systems meet NFPA and NEC code requirements-safety and precision are top priorities.
- Troubleshoot and repair complex systems using industry-standard tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Inspect and assess systems to prevent hazards, ensure compliance, and optimize performance.
- Develop and execute detailed wiring layouts and installation plans in line with technical specs and safety standards.
- Proactively recommend improvements and lead strategic upgrades to electrical systems.
- Spearhead new equipment purchases, installations, and team training to ensure seamless transitions and performance gains.
- Drive efficiency, quality, and reliability by applying innovative electrical solutions in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
What You Bring:- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Skilled at reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and industrial equipment
- Proven experience in manufacturing environments
- Computer-savvy with MS Office; CAD and design software (e.g., AutoCAD) is a strong plus
- Familiar with PLCs, HMI systems, and automation tools
- Excellent planning and project management abilities-can prioritize months in advance
- Driven and self-directed, always seeking opportunities to learn and grow
