We have been in business 20 years in the US and 8 years in Europe.MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER - MECHANISMS- Solidworks or any 3D modeling software design personnel to develop aerospace mechanisms for latches, doors, etc that include the generation of models, specifications and drawings.
- You will be responsible for designing and identifying component parameters, selecting materials, assemblies and parts to be used for commercial aircraft
- You can demonstrate your background with mechanisms, kinematics or structures design in the aircraft industry,
- Preparation of FAA documents and test plans; knowledge of aerospace industry materials, hardware and processes;
- knowledge of FAA regulations;
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent of education and experience
- Minimum of ten years of experience as a Design Engineer preferably within the aerospace industry.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred, especially working with composite materials..
- Strong communication and interaction skills.
- Ability to lead continuous improvement projects and use /evaluate statistical data analysis tools during continuous improvement projects.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
