Exterior Trim Engineer for Fulltime project in
Irvine, CA (Onsite) Below is the detail requirement.
Role: Exterior Trim Engineer
Location: Irvine, CA (Onsite)
Responsibilities - Design of automotive Exterior trim component in a DRE role
- Develop and execute Exterior Trim system requirements for Automotive (Cars and SUVs)
- Complete and release exterior components, sub-system and detail designs (Bumper, Facia, Cladding, Garnish, Spoiler etc)
- Collaborate with key Exterior system and plastic component suppliers and support overall vehicle development milestones and prototype/production build events
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive exterior / bumper components and subsystem
- Knowledge of Plastic manufacturing technologies
- Perform feasibility and packaging study
- In-depth knowledge of Plastic tooling and hands on experience in Catia V6 required
