Senior Mechanical Engineer - Position Summary This role is responsible for the design and development of complete product systems and individual components within an advanced product development environment, with a strong focus on quality, performance, and manufacturability.
Key Responsibilities - Lead assigned projects from concept through completion.
- Define project requirements to resolve product and process issues and support new product development.
- Conduct technical investigations and prepare design specifications, analyses, and recommendations for management approval.
- Design prototype, pre-commercial, and commercial mechanical systems and components.
- Provide technical leadership with an emphasis on design for manufacturing.
- Design and prototype complex mechanical systems independently and as part of a team.
- Utilize CAD and CAE tools to support design and analysis.

- 10+ years of mechanical design experience.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks.
- Finite Element Analysis experience (ANSYS preferred).
- U.S. Citizenship required.
