Specific Duties and Responsibilities:- Analyze manufacturing processes (steel forming, panel fabrication, insulation, assembly, painting/coating, packaging)
- Conduct time studies, line balancing, and capacity analysis
- Develop and maintain standard work instructions and labor standards
- Support lean manufacturing initiatives (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping)
- Support new product introductions and engineering changes
- Improve workstation layouts, material flow, and plant layouts
- Identify root causes of scrap, rework, and downtime
- Analyze production costs and recommend cost-reduction strategies
- Develop KPIs and manufacturing performance dashboards
- Promote safe work practices and ergonomic improvements

Pay: $60,000-90,000
