Position Summary:Under the direct supervision of the Engineering Manager, the Process Control / Instrumentation Engineer will support and assist the Engineering Department.

Role Responsibilities:- The Process Control / Instrumentation Engineer will conduct the following duties including but not limited to:
- Design and implementation of PLC based automated process control for new production systems.
- System start-up support.
- Establishing, implementation of, and maintaining Preventive Maintenance programs for all new and existing process control and instrumentation systems.
- Maintaining all plant process control and instrumentation systems.
- Establishing, implementation of, and maintaining a Data Acquisition program for all new and existing systems.
- Project Management.
- Develop and design electrical and controls system schematics and drawings based on engineering principles using AutoCAD/SolidWorks.
- Ability to read, interpret and troubleshoot electrical schematics and control systems.
- On-call position, may require working nights and weekends.
Education:- Minimum of 5 years related work experience.
Experience/Skills/Abilities:- Thorough knowledge of industrial process control and instrumentation.
Job Expectations/Working Conditions:- Possess a valid driver's license.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to ascend/descend stairs in buildings.
- Requires ability to lift items up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
- Requires frequent bending, reaching, squatting, pulling, and pushing.
- Ability to work outdoors throughout the year in extreme temperatures.
