Qualifications - What You BringMust Haves (Top Skills to Highlight)- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any discipline)
- 2-3 years of engineering or project management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to manage technical projects involving multiple stakeholders (engineering, vendors, operations, etc.)
- Strong structured problem-solving skills (PDCA, 5-Why, DMAIC preferred)
- Ability to clearly interpret and communicate technical requirements across teams
Additional Required Skills- Familiarity with automated manufacturing systems and industrial equipment
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Excel, Project, Outlook)
- Ability to quickly learn and adopt new software and systems
Preferred / Added Bonus- Experience with equipment commissioning and vendor buy-offs
- Working knowledge of CATIA or other 3D modeling tools
- Exposure to North American safety standards and engineering specifications
- PMP or related engineering certifications
