Job DescriptionSenior Civil EngineerWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in Cincinnati with pay starting at 130K. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and proven experience managing complex projects from conception to completion.
Responsibilities: - Lead and manage civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Perform site investigations and analysis to develop design plans
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and other professionals to ensure project requirements are met
- Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technical staff
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and requirements
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil engineering
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and methods
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering software
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
