Our portfolio includes staffing, role players, exercise support, pyrotechnics, courses of instruction, ballistic shields, beacons, and armor solutions. We are seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer to join our Products Division team.
Position Overview: The Mechanical Engineer will play a critical role in the design, development, and optimization of our product lines, focusing primarily on creating CAD models, SolidWorks simulations, shop drawings, and work instructions.
Requirements
Responsibilities: - Develop and optimize CAD models for various products.
- Produce accurate and comprehensive SolidWorks simulations.
- Create detailed shop drawings for manufacturing.
- Write clear and concise work instructions for assembly and operations.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability.
- Conduct tests and validations of models and finished products.
- Work in accordance with company standards and government regulations.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical design.
- Proficient in CAD and SolidWorks.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be a U.S. citizen and capable of obtaining a security clearance.

Salary Description
