Manufacturing Intern for Summer 2026, with the possibility of extending to part time thereafter. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment while supporting engineering and manufacturing initiatives. You will collaborate with engineers, technicians, and cross-functional teams on real-world projects that drive operational excellence, product quality, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities: - Development and completion of compliance matrix
- PFMEA
- Risk assessment
- Design of tooling
- Process development experiments
- Participate in group design reviews
- Work in configuration management system to manage program documentation
- Conduct data reporting and analysis (qualitative and quantitative) across programs
Qualifications (External/Internal): - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Excel, SolidWorks, and other business/engineering software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt and respond effectively in a fast-changing, complex environment
- Confidence in communicating accurately and effectively across all employee levels
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to support larger program goals
- Willingness to participate in hands-on engineering and development activities
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Person as defined by ITAR regulations to ensure compliance with government contracts and export control requirements.

Pay RangeThe hourly range for this position (in local currency) is $25.10 - $46.59.
