Point-of-Purchase (POP) display engineering team. In this role, you'll blend
technical precision with
creative problem-solving to engineer displays that catch attention and perform flawlessly in stores nationwide.

What You'll Do - 3D Modeling & CAD Engineering
- Build accurate 3D models and drawings in SolidWorks for POP displays, fixtures, and components.
- Translate creative design concepts into production-ready technical documents.
- Support prototyping, testing, and design refinements.
- Planogram Development
- Create detailed merchandising layouts for in-store product placement.
- Optimize product visibility while meeting retailer standards.
- Instruction Sheet Creation
- Develop clear, step-by-step installation and assembly guides.
- Use SolidWorks for exploded views and Photoshop for labeling and layouts.
- Make complex builds simple and easy for store teams to follow.
- Project Support
- Partner with senior engineers, project managers, and production to keep projects on track.
- Assist with BOM reviews, prototypes, and cross-team testing.
What We're Looking For - Bachelor's or Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field.
- SolidWorks proficiency required; Adobe Photoshop (InDesign a plus).
- 0-2 years of engineering, CAD, or POP display experience (internships welcome).
- Strong technical drawing, visualization, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with POP display materials (metal, wood, acrylic, corrugate, plastics).
- Organized, detail-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
