What You'll Do (Day-to-Day)As a Senior Design Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of new product development-turning concepts into high-performing, manufacturable solutions.
- Lead and contribute to new product development (NPD) projects from concept through launch
- Design and model components and assemblies using SolidWorks (3D CAD)
- Develop innovative HVAC product designs focused on performance, cost, and manufacturability
- Apply engineering analysis and testing to validate and improve designs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, materials, and product teams
- Facilitate design reviews and present concepts and solutions
- Create detailed drawings and documentation aligned with engineering standards
- Support prototype builds, testing, and continuous design improvements
- Identify root causes of design issues and implement effective solutions
- Research and integrate new components, materials, and technologies

What You Bring- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 5-10+ years of design engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD software
- Experience in HVAC systems, refrigeration, or air movement products
- Knowledge of sheet metal design and manufacturing processes (preferred)
- Experience with prototype testing, root cause analysis, and product validation
- Solid understanding of engineering principles, materials, and product design
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Work Environment / Requirements- On-site collaboration in a hands-on engineering and manufacturing environment
- Ability to support prototype builds, testing, and production integration
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
