Engineering team and are looking for a
hands-on Production Engineer to lead
new model development and capital equipment projects across assembly, paint, and weld operations.

What You'll Do- Lead new model & capital project planning
- Perform layout optimization & impact analysis
- Manage projects through design, procurement, install, and launch
- Support equipment trials, safety checks, and process validation
- Drive quality, productivity, and cost improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams & global vendors
• What We're Looking For- Experience with capital equipment or new model development
- Strong skills in AutoCAD + 3D modeling (CATIA, Inventor, etc.)
- Ability to own projects and hit KPI-driven deadlines
- Comfortable working onsite + travel (up to 20%)
- Engineering degree OR equivalent hands-on experience
