We are seeking Electrical Field Engineers to join our team.
This role is well suited for new graduates or early-career engineers looking for hands-on experience and long-term professional growth in a supportive, team-driven environment.
Responsibilities:- Conduct on-site assessments and surveys to evaluate existing electrical infrastructure and project requirements
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to develop electrical layouts, schematics, and specifications
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems in accordance with NEC, NFPA, OSHA, and other applicable codes
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout construction and commissioning phases
- Ensure quality, safety, and compliance across all electrical installations
- Develop and maintain project documentation including as-built drawings, test reports, equipment manuals, and commissioning records
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (required)
- Experience with electrical design software such as AutoCAD, BIM, or similar tools
- Working knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze technical issues and develop effective solutions
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.
