JOB SUMMARY: The Engineering Intern's primary objective is to assist with a heavy drafting load, new design improvement projects, and production support. This person is responsible for completing drafting projects, working closely with other engineers on new designs, and supporting the production floor to improve efficiency.
Shift is 8am to 4:30pm
MAJOR DUTIES: - Complete Solidworks drawings and create official PDF drawings
- Work on new designs within Solidworks and AutoCAD
- Assist with troubleshooting of production processes
- Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum of 1 year engineering focused college education. Experienced in CAD modelling, ideally Solidworks. Proficient in Microsoft application (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook).
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:This job primarily sits at a desk and works on the computer. Some bending and twisting are required. Routine duties will occasionally require lifting approximately 10-20 pounds (and periodically heavier loads.)
