Salary Range: $67,000 - $106,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and standardize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Design, procure, and implement tooling, fixtures, and equipment to support production requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues, root causes, and production bottlenecks.
• Create and maintain detailed manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process flows, and BOMs.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by ensuring manufacturability and smooth transition from design to production.
• Implement continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Analyze production data to identify trends, improve yields, and drive corrective actions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on process optimization and efficiency.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for tooling, fixture design, and process layout.
• Demonstrated experience applying Lean Manufacturing principles (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping) and problem-solving methodologies.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to identify process bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with advanced simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim) or specific MES/ERP systems.
• Hands-on experience with industrial robotics programming or advanced automation solutions.
• Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
