Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and execute successful New Product Introductions (NPI) within Operations
- Drive facility transformation, technology transfer, and maintenance of mixed model lines and value streams
- Develop and implement process improvements using lean manufacturing and demand-driven principles for operational excellence
- Ensure seamless flow and synchronization of products, materials, and information for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Document and standardize manufacturing processes, procedures, and best practices
- Collaborate closely with shop floor personnel to promote continuous improvement of manufacturing methods, systems, and controls
- Lead area layouts, process definition, PLC programming, equipment and tooling design/selection, justification, and implementation
- Generate and deploy innovative ideas for business improvement and customer satisfaction
- Apply standard tools, methodologies, and practices to meet fulfillment needs and operational targets

Required Skills and Experience:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing engineering role
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or ProE)
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication abilities
- Solid understanding of lean principles and process improvement methodologies
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional project teams
- Experience in both high mix, low volume and high volume, low mix production settings
- Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage shifting deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment
