You'll fill a variety of roles including project manager, owner's engineer, and subject matter expert for a variety of energy projects including transmission lines, substations, and energy generation facilities from concept to completion.

What you'll bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from EAC-ABET-accredited program.
  • Two years or more of related engineering experience.
    • A master's degree in engineering may be equivalent for up to one year of related experience.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and be willing to travel to project sites.
  • This position may be subject to assessment of skills, job match, and/or aptitude.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Engineer-in-Training certification.
  • Project and construction management experience.
  • Autodesk Civil 3D and design experience.

  • Provide engineering expertise, including design and design oversight, on capital projects for transmission/distribution lines, substations, and generation facilities.
  • Manage complete project lifecycle including design development, scheduling, budgeting, permitting, procurement, and construction oversight.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Work on cutting-edge renewable energy and grid modernization initiatives.
  • Gain exposure to thermal plants, emerging technologies, and large-scale infrastructure.

The expected annual compensation range for this position is $82,000 - $102,000. Compensation offered to the selected candidate will vary depending on relevant knowledge, skills, training, experience, and market conditions.
