The Senior Electrical Engineer supports electrical design, capital projects, and infrastructure improvements across Goodyear's global facilities. This role provides technical expertise, supports project execution, and ensures reliable, safe, and compliant electrical systems.

What You Will Do- Support electrical design and execution for facility projects, including upgrades and new construction
- Provide technical support to manufacturing plants and cross-functional teams
- Assist with commissioning, troubleshooting, and system optimization
- Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and suppliers
- Identify and mitigate project and technical risks
What We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in industrial, construction, consulting, or power systems environments
- Knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and safety standards (NFPA, IEC, IEEE)
- Experience with design tools (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel (~20%)
