Requirements: - B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field
- PE License (Mandatory - Deal Breaker)
- 2+ years in grading, drainage & site development
- Strong AutoCAD & Civil 3D proficiency
- Knowledge of local permit regulations
- Strong project management & communication skills
