Job Description
- Assist engineering in assembling and prototyping electronic modules
- Create documentation for module testers
- Follow-up with design engineers with test article issues
- Provide timely updates on the testing progress
- Manage several test articles throughout their validation steps
- Create custom test setups to facilitate testing of electronic components
- Bring-up wiring harnesses, custom test circuits, and mechanical fixtures
- Maintain safe operational test setups
- Engineering validation test plans and production test plans
- Experience with electro-mechanical assemblies
- Wiring, Crimping, Soldering (The selection process will include these in a skills test)
Nice to have:
- Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) experience (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.)
- Mechanical Design experience
