What You'll Do

• Lead electrical design for a variety of complex projects
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development
• Collaborate across disciplines to deliver thoughtful, high-quality solutions
• Help shape project strategy, scope, and execution

What You Bring

• 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering design
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Active PE license in North Carolina (or ability to obtain quickly)
• Strong project leadership and client communication skills
• Experience with Revit (preferred)
• A proactive, collaborative mindset and commitment to high-quality work

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $115,000-$150,000 (based on experience)
• Performance bonus opportunities
• Remote with occasional travel to Raleigh or Greenville, NC
• Relocation assistance available for candidates interested in relocating to North Carolina
